I havent run into that situation and I havent done web design for a client yet
who wasnt online.
Its such a small probability that its worth deleting the garbage that people use
those accounts for.
If a possible client is at the library for the purpose of surfing the net, he
probably doesnt have a computer.
Therefore chances are he wouldnt have a budget that could handle my services.
Besides I cater to gaming, entertainment and production corporations Im
interested in working on projects with.
Its more tight nit then that. Anyway I havent solicited much web design since I
usually
work in CD development and traditional illustration/concept design.

Not really, I spend more time reading mail than sending. Any time I have to
spend mailing is usuallytrying to help people on this list. Any other mail I
send is small and usually personal. I handle
clients at my corporate studio with another account and its own mail and address
book.

Huh?, How do you get access to the net without a service provider anywhere in
the world?
Hotmail or private? I was simply stating a fact about those accounts and what
they're known for.
Personally I think people who use those accounts are usually trying to stay
anonymous
and cant be trusted anyway, but thats due to the spammers that jump and run on
those
accounts.
I definetly wouldnt try to sell my services mailing a possible client with
Hotmail.
Nothin' personal
