Layers add no file size nor do they slow down processing of Flash.
Combining layers could disrupt your tweens and would make it extremely
difficult to make changes without inadvertently increasing file size
unnecessaarily. There are lots of ways to optimize Flash files and make
them smaller and run faster, but this is not one of them.
