Why no indication that you are over a menu button. Many people, who will
be concentrated on where their mouse is, will not realize they were on a
button when they passed over the words. It is a secondary response to
look for the cursor to change or to recognize changes in other parts of
the screen as being related to the button since these changes may be
construed as part of the animation and not a button response.
