When you render the images, you have a better control on light, textures,
reflexion, shadow, etc... You could simulate it with vector, but the
results where never realiste....
The problem is, when you made a long 3D animation, you have a lot of images
and your movie where big..... Its depend on what you need to do!!!! In
matinee, its just little forms with simple movements... And the results
where very nice.. For this kind of animations, its a better way to use
verctor for compression and for the visuals results... But for natural
mouvments, for refractions, textures or anything else, its a better way to
render the images dans import it....
