FLASH: how do i get a glowing effect

Hello dear flash wizards,


my question is already in the titel of this mail,

How do I get these beautiful glowing effects i see all the time on 

flash sites. Is this done in flash or in an other program, do i need a 

plugin for flash, everyone who knows, please explain or tell me 

were i can find a tutorial on this
