FLASH: FLASH3: rotate

Hello again,


I am having trouble rotating my symbols.  They don't seem to stay on the

same area.  Am I doing something wrong?  I've already tried

modify-transform-rotate (entered numbers) and manually tried to rotate it

with the tool as well.
