IE4.5 Mac

Similarlay worded failure messages were returned in IE4, NN4 NT (genuine
hardware, not VPC).

Chances are it's a localized issue, where regional DNS servers have yet
to update a new or changed numerical domain address. If the site is
live, one of the four browsers I tried should have hit it.
