FLASH: Roll-over question

Hey people, 

     I'm trying to create a roll-over using the Tell Target action.  Let's

just say that I have a button in the middle of a blank, white screen.  On

rollover, directly beneath the button, is a small car moving from left to

right.  Now, on roll out, here's where my problem begins.  On roll out,

whatever frame of the animation (wherever the car is on the screen), I want

it to fade out.  And I can't think of how to do that. Any suggestions?
