Well, servers don't push any content to browsers... a browser initiates the
request.

There are ways to simulate a push... the META tags can refresh a page after
a given interval... the local Flash Player can query an URL for
instructions and reload the page if necessary... there could be a couple of
things alone these lines.

I went to the 200K SWF splash page cited and didn't get a clear idea of the
project, but if someone in a kiosk submits a question, then the server
usually provides some type of reply. I'm not sure if that's what you're
visualizing for an upcoming project though.
