FLASH: Continous scroller

Ooops! I wasn't clear enough... Sorry... I meant the big continous picture scroller that scrolls from right to left. How is that done? And is it even possible to to have buttons like "change direction of scroll", "fast forward", "stop", "play" and even temporary stop the scrolling if I move the mouse over a clickable object in that scroll?
