Well what the specific problem is is what I was trying to find out. As I
read the info & stayed at the site for a bit, my machine(s!) began to
respond more slowly, eventually requiring a restart of the Win98 box, a
C-ALT-Delete on the NT box, and a force quit on the Mac. Yes I tried with
all three, (I was trying to _read_ the info;-) over the course of Monday, as
I reported previously, non of the machines had any wierd system stuff going
on otherwise (300+4GB free on the NTp3 600, 1GB on a fresh build of 98SE on
a p3 500, and 1 GB free on a MacG3 266, all on T1). I was just trying to
find out if anyone knew what was causing a 5-15 minute stay at the site to
cause this, it _seemed_ to me that they were loading new movies on top of
the old ones (w/o unloading the old ones), just my guess.
