Go to "Publish Settings" in the File Menu and then click on the HTML tab.
Dimensions = Percent
Scale = Exact Fit
Everything else leave as is.
Then hit F12 to preview it in your browser. Go View>Source. Notepad will
load up displaying your source.
In your html code, the <BODY> tag should look something like this <BODY
bgcolor="#666666" topmargin="0" leftmargin="0">. Save it and refresh your
browswer.
