It's in the flashlist database (http://i-technica.com/flashlist) if you
want it, posted by Kenneth Austin. Closest I've seen to what you want,
but requires key-mapping every single key on the keyboard and is pretty
convoluted (not a slam on KA or his co-worker who came up with it, since
they've provided the only possible workaround I've seen, just a note to
beware).
