I agree with you James. The opening flashshow is a glorified slide
show...but inside they have posted mega downloads of a tv spot, movie
trailer, as well as film stills, interviews etc. to satisfy us.

Looks like the bean counters at Warner Bros. couldn't justify an original
opening animation that used the film assets but in a more "Motion graphics"
way (eg. as discussed in Hillman Curtis's book) that is representative of
the best flashwork designed for the web. Maybe they thought their audience
wouldn't know the difference...
