A runtime packer is a tool which compresses executable files
(Flash-projectors) but leaves them executable. The moment the user starts
i.e. the eCard, the runtime packer unpacks the data to the memory and
executes it. If you ever tried to make a standalone flash projector, you
might have noticed that simply converting the .swf to .exe makes the file
about 300k larger. If your job is to stay under 600k this can be pretty
annoying.
