What if you organized your layers like this (top to bottom):

Buttons
Radio art
Text mask
Text
Text background

Hi, all,
http://www.webn.com/flash/fin28.html
If you go to this page and select the third button "bob," you will see a
text layer which is pulled from a .txt file. My problem is that I need it
to be masked so that it does not scroll over the faceplate of the radio.
For some reason, whenever I add the mask layer, The text totally
dissappears. It acts like a regular mask layer over the graphics and other
stuff; but, it totally makes the text go away. I need to finish out htis
project. If anyone has any ideas, your help would be most welcome.

Thanks in advance,

Jeff Dunn
