This is again a job for swift generator (http://www.swift-tools.com)

This program can replace gif / jpg images in an existing .swf file. If you 

have all your images prepared in the same size,

it should not be very difficult to write a shell script / dos-batch file 

which does what you need. i dont have a script like that ready though,

sorry.
