The essence of this is that movie clips in mask layers lose interactivity
associated with movie clips - they're converted to graphic symbols on
export.
A "moving mask" is possible, as you can tween a symbol on a mask layer.
However, a dynamic mask (a movie clip controlled via ActionScript) would
have to be emulated by a design technique.
