The Flash intro is pretty sweet, I would consider slowing down the logo mc that follows the mouse at the beginning (it's hard to read unless you move the mouse really fast), and also the rotating heads in the animation are a little distracting, maybe consider a different transition technique between your scenes there (simply scaling and moving the images would probably work fine). The icons you created on the home page look good, nice colors, although I'd also consider adding some background element that ties the home page together. HTH
