Sorry to correct you Marco, but you didn't get "certified" in Director. You
might have received a Certificate of Completion for a class you took, or
maybe even something somebody calls a "certification" but there is no MM
certification yet, per se.

I run two Macromedia Authorized Training Centers. I came to the Macromedia
Training Sales world from the world of certification sales for Microsoft,
Novell, Lotus, etc. I have been on the soap about the Macromedia
certification issue since day one (3.5 years ago). I have demonstrated
certification benefits to individuals, to Macromedia, to channel partners
and to the industry as a whole. Whether or not MM decides to pursue this
... well, we'll just have to wait and see. I am optimistic of our success.

I'll leave you with this:
The only people who should object to certification are those who are afraid
of it.
