There is only ONE way to keep flash in sync with a soundtrack. You have to
stream the sound. Neiter "Start/Stop" nor "Event" sounds can be synchronized.
Unlike in Director, you cant set several sync points on which animation and
sound are synced again. The problem with the "Stream" sound is, that if you
have a lot of CPU intensive stuff going on, it is likely that slower
computers will drop a lot of frames to keep the animation in sync with the
sound.
