I worked as a trainer teaching two day flash beginner classes. The main
problem with these classes is, that about 50% of the people going there do
not want to learn anything. In germany the company has to give (=pay for
it) you the chance to attend "advanced training" classes. So the employees
that are not really ambitious about learning but want to have their two
days off anyway choose the flash course because it sounds better than
"Word" or "Outlook" and then spend two days drinking coffee. This is no fun
for them (because the coffee is bad in these facilities) and it is bad for
you as a trainer because some people spend a lot of (their own) money to
REALLY learn something.
