AnyOne tried to get Flash files to video/television?

I did and it works fine (interlacing and all) exept for one thing: I want to
overlay my Flash graphics and animations on some videofootage. The problem
is transparency/alpha channel. I don't get transparent backgrounds when i
Import the swf or QuickTime in my Video-software. Not in AfterEffects and
not in FinalCutPro.

Anybody soved this problem?
