The only way to export transparent video (background=transparent) footage
is to export the animation as a PNG-Sequence. After Effects (4.0 / 4.1) can
import PNG sequences with Alpha-Channel. Mov and Avi Export have an
"include alpha" option which is ignored, dont know if this is a bug...
