CMtools can be found at

http://worldserver.oleane.com/edlm10/CMTools/US/

(from the webpage)

CMTools is a plug-in that extends the Contextual Menu of Mac OS 8. In
programs that support Contextual Menus such as the Finder, it provides the
following functions:

* a static launcher,
* create aliases in specified folders,
* compress and decompress items,
* copy files and folders,
* move files and folders,
* change creator and type codes,
* lock/unlock files,
* open files directly with your preferred applications and
* access application menus via Contextual Menu

You organize the menus to suit your needs by creating and organizing files
and aliases in a special folder in the Finder.

CMTools is freeware.
