As you probably already know from the documentation, the transforms
available in Macromedia Flash include XY position, XY scaling, and Z
rotation. There are neither 3D transforms nor four-point distortions
("quads").
Fastest way I know to animate a perspective transform, though, is through
FreeHand 9... its Perspective Plane is unmatched, and it will tween shapes,
releasing it to a SWF animation for import to Flash.
(Remember, though, that in a SWF each new media element adds to filesize...
if your sign isn't complex then you might consider shape-tweening between
some perspective keyframes.)
