Hello all,


i was wondering if someone might be able to at least give a kick start

(that's kick _start_) on how to accomplish the following:



What i'd like to do is have users upload QT movies and then have

a flash file automatically generated that would only include the controls

for that movie. Is it possible to get Flash to run on a server and have it

produce these things on the fly when uploaded?


The "universal controls" would need to control both movies at the same time,

so I don't see them being combined into one swf file, as we could compare

any movie in the dB to any other movie.


The control i refer to above is a button that, when clicked, the user

uploaded quicktime steps ahead a single frame.


help? comments?  am i crazy?
