This would be interesting.  I am sure that it would be quite an adventure.  

The last time I checked (2 years ago), the docking space at Pier 39 in 

Fisherman's Wharf was approximately $500 per month.   It's a great location 

with a lot of amenities (and tourists of that's okay with you).
