FLASH: Flash:importing .fla movie in Director+button problem

hi guys


i am new to the list and flash as well as you can judge fom my problem:

i am working on a cd-rom.i created a simle flash animation that plays when a button is pressed in the 1st frame . i have set the action in the first frame to 'stop'. now if i import this movie to Director the playhead doesn't stop.it moves on and plays the entire movie including the animation.so i selected the "wait for mouse click" for the first frame of the imported flash movie...now the playhead waits but when i click on the button it plays the animation partially ...it simply skips the last few frames of the animation.

its a simple shape animation.

phew....hope this makes sense to u...


any ideas about fixing this problem?besides this can anyone tell me how to scale a button created by using the button option in the tool pallette in Director.it scales widthwise but not lenghtwise.
