Funny you should ask. I just saw something very close to this at
http://www.five100.com/indexFR.html under the WORKS menu and then the FLAz
menu. He calls it Liquid Menu. It has a similar feel, yet not as
eye-candy-ish. You could get a ground level understanding of where to start.
