Hi Anil,

I really don't recommend Flash for huge amounts of body text, but the
easiest way to maintain editability is to define your text areas as
variables and have the values fed in by external text files. To edit the
page, you'd only have to edit the text file.

You might also want to consider a frames-based solution which maintains the
text as HTML. The problem with body text in Flash, I've noticed, is it
sometimes seems to bog down the system. Try scrolling a big ol' text field
in Flash and you'll see what I mean. I prefer hybrid Flash/HTML for
heavily text-based sites. I used this approach on http://www.nassmc.org
and I've had no problems. Just my friendly two cents.
