you may want to subsrcibe to the Generator mailing list at
http://www.egroups.com/group/macromedia-generator

these folks (Tanya, Steve and the HOT presenters) are on the road quite a
bit, so Steve may just be delayed. try sending him a reminder. they get a
lot of requests like yours and maybe he just hasn't gotten to yours yet.
i'm only guessing.
