Subject: FLASH: SOUND exporting

If you export a sound in flash as MP3 ...will any system with a soundcard
and a browser be able to hear the soundtrack ? ..or do they need to have an
mp3 player or anything on their machine? ie ..does the flashplayer play the
mp3's ?
