Hi roger
I find that the best way to get through a mental block is to carry on
working on the project even if you think is a huge pile of crap. Even if you
hate it you will have enough design skills to make it good enough for the
client (even if its not good enough for you). Then just concentrate on the
next project. I have had to come up with three different concept designs in
two days before, I didn't have a clue what to do, total mental block. After
spending a few hours designing one of them I scrapped if because I thought
of a better one.
I shouldn't worried about it too much, maybe just stick to some mundane
site admin for a while. besides most people dislike a project just after
they have finished because they know they could do it better given another
chance, I always do :o)
