It is possible and you should find tutorials on the methods involved at
http://www.moock.org.

However, I have to say that a menu system with buttons bouncing around
randomly sounds to me like a user's nightmare. It may be appropriate for
your project, but I'd be careful and thoughtful with the implementation.
