FLASH: html frames and multiple flash files

hello all. i am creating a site which will be split in html frames: top, 

bottom left, bottom right. this site will be using a fla for main 

navigation-bottom left, a site locator fla-top, and will be displaying 

scrolling html files-bottom right.


the question is can you link the navigation buttons in the main interface 

fla-bottom frame to control action files in the top frame fla. i am reading 

up on tell target actions, but i have not read anywhere that i can control 

actions in another seperate fla.


any examples online would be awesome.
