Actually, Jeremy, this is incorrect, at least in terms of IE5 on Mac. Setting
border="0" does absolutely nothing to stop the border effect. If, in the
preferences, under "Keyboard Accessibility", you have the "Tab To Each Item On
Text Page" option selected, you'll get the effect no matter what you do to the
IMG tag. You have to make sure to have "Tab To Just Text Fields" selected to
kill it. Basically the "Tab To Each Item" option mimics the WebTV style
interface, where you use direction buttons to tab through anything with a link
on it, an annoying yellow square appearing around each item as you land on it.
It sucks in WebTV, and I have no idea why Micro$oft would want to imitate it.
