Anil,
In the frame where you want the color to happen on the button itself you
set it on the mouseUp in that frame. You can dbl click the button and you
should be able to edit it, in this menu you will find 4 states UP OVER DOWN
HIT.

UP button up state
Over when you roll over button
Down what the color , size etc will be in Down state
Hit is the area where the cursor must be to activate the button states.

on mouseUp me
> set the member of sprite the currentSpriteNum to member "Red"

in flash would be

On (Release)
Go to and Play ("newstate")
End On

where newstate would be like a marker in director except this refers to a
label.
