QuickTime 4.x has the ability to incorporate a Flash layer into the movie,
similar to the existing Video and Audio layers. Flash does not have the
ability to incorporate QuickTime's video capabilities. If you have
installed QuickTime 4, you have the ability to play both QuickTime and
Flash content. If you have not installed QuickTime 4 but have installed
Flash, you do not have the ability to play QuickTime content.

Sorry, but you're asking a lot out of a 360 K download.
