Look into CSS cascading style sheets... you can use these to format your
text.
As far as flash goes if he / she is looking for a alot of changeability
flash is a good add in but maybe not the total solution.

This can be done many different ways.. ASP, coldfusion, JavaScript or what
ever you flavor passing the mail form.

Nope Generator isn't easy, but it isn't real hard about middle line of the
learning curve. You need not
be a guru but you need to have some progmatic intel to grasp it somewhat.
