Yup, and doublechecked the "PulseBeat" demo pages there before posting....  ;-)


(For what it's worth, you may recall that the people behind Pulse3D are

greatly from Paracomp and Macromedia... I remember with fondness Young's

previous "Smart3D" player and realtime work. Matter of fact, that was one

of the main reasons I joined Macromedia. I'm not setting one up against the

other... I'm pointing out that they focus on different aspects of "web3d".)


There's not an expected delivery date announced this week, sorry. The next

milestone will be at the Director Summit in Orlando in two months, and I

expect rather more info will be locked down by then.

I'm with you. We need various options, to find the best fit to various

problems. I'm hopeful that this new announcement will solve some of the

distribution problems that have plagued new engines.
