Paul,

Removing the ActiveX control is not as simple as just removing it from your
computer. ActiveX controls are considered to be part of the Windows system
files and should be un-registered from your Windows registry prior to deletion.

If you've already removed your ActiveX control, you might try running the
ActiveX control installer found in your Flash 4 Players folder. It's
called InstallAXFlash.exe and should install version 4.0r7 of the ActiveX
control.
