No it means their detection script needs to be upgraded.

Their site may even be Flash 3 with an outdated message.

Flash 4 plugins will play Flash .swf and .spl files with Flash 1, 2, 3,

4 and even the old Futurewave Splash  .spl content.

Not to view Flash 2.
