Re: FLASH: A problem with the print function... PLEASE test it

I am getting only the "download Word document" and the "download Flash

player" icons.  I know I had the latest Flash already, but did the update

anyway, and the page is still saying I need current Flash (even after a

re-load) so perhaps it is not an error in the printing functionality, but in

the sniffing for player.
