As with all bugs, if you find that you can reproduce this every time, with a
minimal set of steps, by all means post it here and/or send it to me. Make
sure you include all relevant operating system / version information.

Unfortunately, anything less - as in, "sometimes it happens" - doesn't help
us investigate this properly. We need more clues from users.

This is very true, thus making the issue harder to pinpoint. I use a lot of
utility apps, so when things go awry for me, I often assume it's one of
these first.

This is an issue that needs more examination.
