FLASH: OT: Voice recording/audio production

Hi everyone,


I have client who wants a product demo with voice-over narration.  Does

anyone have an opinion on the best way to record/concert this type of

narration for inclusion in FLASH?  I know how to include sounds in general,

but I need some guidance on the software/hardware necessary for

recording/producing an AIFF or WAV file.  If anyone could help me, or could

direct me to some websites with this sort of information, I'd be grateful.
