Subject: FLASH: General consensus

I am after a general feeling of what is the best route to take concerning
pop up windows and flash based sites.

I am designing a site which has a mix of html and flash, each section of the
site has an intro animation and dropdown menu system in flash which in turn
call html pages.

Given bookmarking problems etc. is it best to have popup windows for the
html content or to design a frameset for the html files to be called into?

Basically would you as a user get bored of constant pop up windows or
frustrated that you could not bookmark individual pages which you would need
to access on a daily basis as this is a daily reference tool.

Any thoughts much appreciated.

Regards
