Yes, there are some. It's not as simple as saying "Netscape" or "Microsoft"
though because you have the various platforms, sub-versions, and
(particularly!) delivery methods... preinstalled, on-CD, the various
download options.

Generally Netscape 4.05+ are hard to get without the then-current version
of Flash Player installed. You can download a minimal Microsoft browser
without plugins, but most of their distributions include players. If you
buy a computer, or upgrade your OS or such, then it will also be included.

That said, I don't think many of these frozen versions were finished before
Flash 4 started shipping. That's why you're seeing over 2,000,000 completed
downloads every day over the last few months. (Stop and think about this
for a minute... it's really mind-boggling.)

The only real thing that matters is how many people can see your work.
MediaMetrix consumer audits sidestep the distribution channels entirely, by
focusing purely on whether consumer focus groups can view actual pages.
Over 65% worldwide could view Flash 4 content, and well over 90% could view
at least some Flash content, as of the last quarterly audit in March.
