Netscape 4.72 has the Flash 4 plugin installed. And Netscape 6 of
course.

I guess IE 5 should also have the Flash 4 plugin, but I am not sure...

All other 4.x-browsers (NS and IE) have the Flash 3 plugin (AFAIR).
