_self will open it in the current window. _top or _blank will open in a new
window.

(I'd use _top if you had several pages you wanted to open in the SAME new
window, and _blank if you wanted to make sure each opened in it's own new
window)

I wouldn't send using anything.... Not sure, but this could be where your
problem lies?
Leave it blank.
